With a rich background that spans Physiotherapy, Pilates, Fitness, Breath-work, Mentoring, and Coaching, Vania has developed a deep understanding of how to support women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and burnt out. Her passion lies in guiding these women towards a healthier, more balanced life, helping them rediscover hope and purpose through sustainable self-care practices and healthy boundaries. Vania combines her extensive expertise with her faith to empower her clients to achieve lasting transformation and embrace a more fulfilling life.
